Shuttl though is a novel concept and good idea but on the flip side they take off routes on their own and leave customers in lurch. This is completely untrustable. And when you call their customer support they start parroting their ready made useless justifications. At least respect your customers who are dependable on you, but shuttl is completely bad in that area. SO guys if you want to buy their passes be prepared to be looted by them
