My order number 7258215 delivered on 20/07/2012. I get the faulty car vacuum cleaner. I get the response that you have to send back the scrap to vendor by post. It is not my responsibility they have to arrange to collect it. It is online shopping not the visiting to shop.
2-3 year ago , I purchased blood pressure monitor, sewing machine that are also delivered faulty. I though in this period rediff shopping may improve but I think it is going worst.
So, it is time to blackout the rediff shopping and it is better not to order any scrap. They are scrap seller.
