Just tired of shopper stop unprofessional behavior or can say over professional behavior that support a long process or 1 month working days to help you to exchange the product.
1 bough one bandeya kurta of L size and requested to exchange for M size. In starting it was not clear that it will picked up but later after 8 days got message of delhivery that product will be picked up .Finally product picked and today is second day still not updated on their app that it is picked and on calling to customer care they told in next 7 dayd it will reach to their address and after that they will take two days in quality check and after that they will process the exchange so now more approx 20 days I have to wait according to their exchange process. You people suggest me should I buy again anything from shopperstop online store?
even I got a call from customer help of SS that within 2 days they will solve the issue after complaining on mouth shut and when I call again to same number then person is saying it is wrong number.
