They never honour online orders out of my 10 orders only 1 was delivered & rest of the order are still pending or cancelled. Everytime I place a order on this website first it would take 3-4 days to process that too after follow up & after that they would send email that your order is shipped but if we track it we would get no tracking details found status would be same for many days & finally after 13-14 days we would get 1 order delivered out of 10.
They should stop there website & should concentrate only on offline business. What is the meaning in running a website & wastingvtime in uploading catalogue & all other details as in the end you guys are going to cancel it & it would take another 10 days to get refund! Waste of time!
