As per there return policy, if your product reaches to there warehouse and you receive the confirmation message or else email for the same then, the amount will be reflected to your account within 7 - 10 days. But I really had a bad experience regarding the return policy. I even contacted there various executives but didn't received the satisfactory reply from them. I received the cash after 3 months. Hence I would never suggest to do online shopping from Shopper stop.
