This mornings Shopclues.com carried a full page Ad in The a Times of India(16Jul2015) wherein they have very prominently shown a pendrive of 4GB at 149/.
This is nowhere on the site. On calling the customer care she said will escalate to a senior and call me back within an hours time.
No call back or response even 3 hours after my initial call to them.
I would consider this as a misleading Advertisement. As this was a app only sale, I was compelled to download an App of company with Misleading Ads.
Does not come close(service wise) to any other leading online shopping sites.
By the way, this was my second experience with them. Once bitten, twice shy!
