I placed order on 31st december under 10% cashback carnival.
product costed Rs 349+49 shipping= Rs 398
and 349 cluebucks were to be credited by shoplcues within 2 days of delivery of product.
Product was delivered to me on 5th january . although shopclues website is showing delivery date as 6th jan am hours.
7 days have passed, have called them many times, sent several emails but, did not receive shopclues yet!
it looks like they do not want to fulfill their commitment of crediting 100% cashback cluebucks
very very poor behaviour.
EVERBODY SHOULD BE BEWARE BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE FROM SHOPCLUES.COM
