Its a Hell, very bad service, Dirty website tiedup with another corrier BlueDirty. 12 day they taken for delivery, on last day status shows end up with- Wrong Address-unable to delivery.
delivery charges more, even I payed already. Fcks customer care no proper response, they simply say contact BlueDirt witch is a Dirty corrier in india have no single customer care number. shopclue given a number for that we have to Pay Rs. 2/- per min no use of call, service & delivery is horrible.
I tryed a lot whom to contact? for my back my payed cash? it should be banned in india
