This is my true experience of shopping with shopclues.com.
During independence day they gave offer like 100%cash back for orders above 690. Lured by the offer I went ahead and purchased for 736. As promised they didn't provide the cash back. Whenever I sent an email they asked to wait for few days. The cash back is supposed to be provide within 10days of order delivery. But I got it finally after one month that too after sending too many email.
The cash back was provided in form of clues bucks in shopclues account which we can use for future purchases. But this cash back needs to be used within 15days. So I purchased two sarees. Both the sarees delivered are of sub standard quality. Very very poor material. Disappointed with it and asked them to take return. After few mails someone replied like return service not available for your location so they will give some clues bucks and asked to keep the product without returning. I agreed to it. But they didn't provide any clues bucks. So I sent an email. Now got a reply like return request approved and courier will pickup. But nobody came till now. Again sent email. Now they are not even replying. Which means that am forced to keep that waste material with me.
Most of the products sold by shopclues are local cheap products very low in quality which you can buy in your local for lesser price. They are cheating people in the name of huge discount. Considering the quality it is not at all a discount. The price after discount is high only for the quality. So I recommend not to purchase anything from shopclues.
