I send some tractor spares through them. Their online system is that you write dimensions and weight of the product and the app tells you how much freight to pay. After you pay the freight they pick up and deliver the product. They took my product and after delivering the product they sent me a huge supplementary bill for difference in freight. When I disputed it they are are using threatening tones to recover the money thru their 3rd party vendors. I told them they should not have carried the goods if there was a large difference in declared weight and what they calculated . Seems to be their modus operandi to earn more money
