I ordered 2 jeans and 1 top. 1 jeans is fine. The other one is a used product. The inner pocket fabric has bubbles on it. The cloth is a used one. There is no response from Shein customer service& also no contact number. Unable to schedule return and pick up. I humbly suggest folks in India, not to fall prey to this Shein online shopping platform. Poor quality products& also not reliable. Pathetic return policies.
