Hello everyone,
I started going to this gym from September 2016 and since then I am going to this regularly as this may be one the fines place to workout in Howrah and nearby locality.
Infrastructure - The infrastructure of this gym is quite average, but still for the money they charge, it's quite good. They have two rooms, one is meant for cardio and the other is meant for weight training, steam and massage. In the cardio room they have 3 treadmills, 1 exerbike, 1 cross trainer and a punching bag, with full ac and music equipments. In the weight training room they have almost every equipments, from 2 bench presses, many barbells and dumbbels and 1 all in one machine, with full ac and music equipments as well.
Staff Attitude - The staff's attitude is good. There are total 3 trainers, they are good in guiding people. Gym's owner is himself a good person, who does not back off if someone asks for some help. Overall, a nice staff.
Value for Money - They charge around 1.2k per month, and the quality of service and equipments they provide is beyond better. I will give it a thumbs up, as every fitness conscious person would love to be the part of this gym.
