SBI Credit Card – I thank you
I own an SBI VISA silver credit card which I have been using since 2006. Amongst all the other bank credit cards, I am much comfortable using the SBI credit card. I had been on a long vacation for the last four to five months. And most of the time I had been out of reaches of emails. Making the credit card payments had been a difficult task for me those days.
Thus, after resuming back, I could see a lot of late payment fees charged to my card account. There were also a lot of taxes as charges to my account. To enquire the details of all these, I had called up the SBI card customer care. They had given all the details to my enquiries. While speaking to the customer care executive, I did also place a request to reverse at least some of the charges as I had gone on a long vacation and that too for a reason that is worth enough. To my pleasure, the executive gave me word to reverse most of the charges. Still I was not very sure of their promise.
Two days back I received the messages on my mobile stating the reversal of all the requested charges. What I am supposed to pay right now is just an amount of Rs. 250 or so, which I am actually glad to pay.
I own two other bank credit cards as well, but just cannot imagine a similar kind of help from their side. Thus thought to write a few words of appreciation for them.
I thank SBI Card again.
