In the sansui air conditioner, I had purchased last year on may month but till know it is on a warranty period but the sansui company can never give up me satisfactory service to us.
In the last year it was damaged due to heavy rain and my ac's transformer get effected badly and my ac work it not properly then I complaint it to sansui toll free no. But no one can pick it my call at twice then one lady picked the call and mentioned my complaint but after 4 weeks no one can visit our house. So I am face so many trouble that time and know same face again when I call for again servicing my air conditione. The same follow again.so I'm not satisfying with its services anymore.
