I purchased a Samsung Smart 3D LED 40" on 10th August 2013 and requested Samsung for Installation and Demo. But no one is hearing to me and providing only assurance of service tomorrow or with in near future.
Samsung Service Centre Bijnore, Uttar Pradesh has been authorized for providing service of Demo, but they are not ready to provide facility. Samsung Authorities have failed in getting Service from them and they are only misguiding and cheating because they sent a Person who was not able to provide Demo of Smart Features.
I never thought that Samsung will provide such Worst Service and misguide consumers. I appeal to Beware of Samsung Products otherwise never expect Service.
