I purchase Samsung note II last year in Oct-2013. It has been working fine since few days. Last week, when temperature in Delhi was hovering around 47 degrees, the phone's screen went off. And it never came back.
I approached Samsung service centre at Sec-27, Noida. They told that screen has developed a crack. I was taken aback as the phone did not fall at all. And there is no visible crack. He told that phone's internal screen has developed crack.He told that since it is display crack, so it will not be covered in warranty. Now thats totally ridiculous thing because phone has stopped working because of manufacturing defect. Without manufacturing defect, how could a phone not sustain 47 degrees?
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
