I brought note 2 two years back and have been using it since then.It has 2GB RAM and 16gb internal memory storage and external storage of upto 64gb is allowed.It has 8Mp rear camera and 2 Mp front camera.Initially the battery life was pretty good.I would be able to use the phone without charging for 2 days almost.However after some time the battery life started deteriorating.
The s pen feature in note 2 is really cool and I liked it a lot.As the phone gets older the performace of the phone starts getting affected.The phone also starts to hand and gets switched off automatically when it gets older.Samsung galaxy note 2 features are now available in new phones at a cheaper price.Nowadays, Many phones in the range of Rps 12000 are available which provide almost same or even better features than note 2.If you are looking to buy a phone currently then you should go for some other phone than note 2 since you will get it at a cheaper price and also get better features than it.
