I bought this phone in Bangalore, India. It is pathetic phone. Bluetooth stopped working within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. When taken to the service centre in the third week the customer support team asked me to replace the mother board. To make my experience worse they declined to replace the phone citing a 14 day replacement policy. None of my requests were heard. Please do not buy any samsung phone and especially this one as their services and product quality are on a steady decline.
