I bought Samsung Galaxy J2 on August 2016 for rs.8000 appx.For first 2 to 3 months this mobile worked very well but after some time this phone started turning off by itself .I went to the customer care to know the reason why it turns off by itself, so they said to insert the new software and after installing the new software the problem still appears.This mobile is a really below average mobile and I have never expected these avearage mobiles from a huge company like samsung.This mobile is a total disgrace and samsung should work on their mistakes to avoid such problems in future.
