I purchased this mobile Samsung grand Neo few years ago. For first two three months it worked well and I was soo happy for my choice but the problem arrived when I had a software update message .I updated my phone and once I restarted my phone the front camera stopped wprking .I did all possible efforts to check the menu but all in vain.I put the stone on my heart and began to use the phone again in the same condition.After few days I began to notice that my phone was responding slowly to my commands , it began to hang frequently and I had to restart it tons of time to atleast make it work.Moreover it is not a much durable phone and its battery backup isnt not that much.I would suggest not to go for it.
