For over 6 weeks now I am following up for an order placed online. There is just one customer service number and no one respond to calls, emails. I drove down 15 kms to a store and they clearly said online purchase they can’t help. Feels like their online operation is a scam. I just hope no one else falls into a trap where your money is gone and you don’t get the product.
