As of my understanding, royal travels is one of the largest travels for local tours and Ramoji Film city.
I was working in Hyderabad between 2008-2010, so when ever my parents comes, relatives, friends. I use to book the tickets with royal travels and make them enjoy the tour with them. It was very nice and easy to book and use them up for a day fun.
Later recently I went to Hyderabad aroung a month back with my wife, so we tried to book the tickets for Ramoji Film city, again I came accross Royal travels again for the same. I was happy again to book the tickets with them. and had fun by reaching Film city.
So over all I can say wiht my experience I dont find any issues with the travels and their behavier.
