2 chairs were bought in February 2023 and delivered at the end of March but one broke in September due to poor welding on joints. The store was not responding on time and the ones sold already left the Royal Oak due to their poor responses to such complaints from customers. Royal oak did not take responsibility to repair even at my cost though it broke on 6th month. Quality is poor. No service and no accountability from their end. They sell products with false promises and deliver defective items in this way their cheating business put the customers at risk. So I never recommend Royal Oak for buying your furniture. Be careful if you buy.
