Worst hotel I ever stay in my life whenever I traveled till date.I along with my friends went to Himanchal Pradesh for 4 days tour and booked room in this hotel.
room quality was too bad as it was seeming we were not in a hotel but a poorly maintained guest house.no proper lighting, taps were leaking and bed to were making noise.
guest services when we entered the hotel there was no one to greet us maybe gone somewhere we wait outside for 5 minutes then manger cam and he provided 2 rooms to us.we reached the room and ordered some food and decided to take rest but nobody came from the staff and I called 4-5 times after which they came . way too bad.
food was not of good quality and one dish was seeming like it had been already cooked earlier and they was no formal way to present it all in informal manner.
ambience was too bad with no scenic beauty around construction going on no security available to clients and customers.
if you pay for it then you really need to pay since it is not worth it after taking such amount of money for such bad service.
