Ringing Bells Freedom 251 is the one of the worst mobile phone, because it is a fake mobile phone scheme, I had seen its advertisement first time in news paper, after that I also order this phone.
There are no payment getway on its website and also not able to see its all details, after that I had ordered this phone, but I think this is fake website, because you can not buy smart phone in 251 rupees, its only one type of publicity stunt.
