I am recently come to Pune for my wife's treatment. She is survivor of BC. We are retired senior citizens. I am staying at my sisters vacant flat in Pune. So went through a company called "Rentomojo"for some furniture and electronics foe 3 months rental Re: Order ID: 300288055 and 300288023. On 31/10/2018 I called some representative of Rentomojo and told me to complete my profile and submit my document copies such as, driving licence, passport, pan card, aadhar card, cancelled cheque, my personal photo, my email ID, my social media ID. After submiting they called me and asked that anyone in your family working, I provided my sisters company ID, aadhar card and pan card and transferred the deposit on same day. They confirmed the payment and informed their verification team will contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. Today is 3rd Nov. No verification has done nor any information about the delivery or rejection of my order. So this is just to warn the people who might go through same situation like me with this company. I am helpless now and thinkibg how to get my deposit back. Non of the senior officers available for my query.
