Son of one of my close friends joined Reliance Smart. His experience had been bitter one.Appreciable thing was receipt of salary on a timely basis.He was very disappointed with the high level office politics.Promotion policy has been bad in Reliance Smart for the working employees.Company is only business thinking and not for employee support most likely.Considering all these factors, my friends son resigned from Reliance Smart.
