I am a user of Reliance GSM for last 6 years. In the beginning the service was good & cheaper than my other SIM provider. But as day goes by the service goes down n down. I recharged 333 as you get full talk time in it, quite often I got messages regarding deduction of 3 Rs for VAS services. On an average 90 to 120 Rs started getting deducted.
After multiple calls to the customer support no solution has been provided till now. The situation is in such a condition the currently I just recharge the SIM with SMS packs as they are still cheap. I have stopped recharging the main balance since last 1 year. Use this only for sms service because if you recharge with main balance the company will eat it up.
