Hello guys I am using Reliance sim from last 2 years recently I bought a new smartphone in which I started to use Reliance sim for Internet purposes but using Reliance Internet made me very disappointing as the Internet Network was so so slow being a 3G network I payed them Rs 360 for high speed 3G and when I complained to customer care they just reply saying that your problem will be solved within 3 hours and my problem is not even touched by them again I call again they repeat the same thing I gettng fooled by them and thier server problems were literally making me cry and this thier very common problem which is faced by every Reliance User they just attract customers for Internet and when recharge to our phone we get fooled by them no such Internet speed are provided to us the speed as slow as compared to a 2G network so its better to be use 2G Internef rather than wasting my money in hoping for good I am very disappointed by thier service no responsibilties for customers no concern values very saddening.
