The only reason behind using reliance is that it has lesser internet charges as compared to other mobile operators.
Considering other aspects of it.all its feature are irritating. It has a good coverage nearby my residence but after 2 km, it goes out of coverage that leads me to purchase another sim of providing good coverage. I think reliance needs to improve its network coverage else people will not use it.
