I've been using Reliance IndiaMobile since March 2003 and its been a mix of advantages and disadvantages for me. But as of now, the disadvantages are decreasing and the only problem that remains with them is their billing department, even though their billing hasn't been much of a pain to me. It takes time for a new mobile company (that too a nationwide service) to rectify its problems and bring out the best. I think Reliance has been able to emerge to the top in terms of technology and other features. Also, the whole scenario has changed in the GSM sector too, after the rise of Reliance, as almost all service providers have reduced their tariffs. Lets hope to see even more action in the coming year 2004 from Reliance and others too. BTW, I've found a discussion forum on the net dedicated for Reliance IndiaMobile users.
