Mukesh Ambani has come up with Reliance jio with lots of offers like Free life time calling , free sms service and most important they are providing free data service till the end of the year but Mr Ambani should know this thing that now people want good services , they are willing to pay but atleast ine should provide good connectivity and good customer support .after launching it with so hype even Reliance jio have also some weak points as it is a 4G service but some time become so slow like 2G specially when you are trying to download heavy files . calling is free but you have to redial your required no. 4 or 5 time to connect your call. Well I dont think giving it free will get u elite customers .
