I am using Reliance Jio sim since last four year. My experience with this network is very very bad. The network in my town is so weak that one can hardly able to browse internet. If you want to open a web page then you have to wait for a long time for the landing page. The loading time of video is so long that it will leave you with irritation and frustration at last. One thing is very bad in jio that is when you switch to another network in the same set, the network of jio will totally vanish from your phone. Lastly the customer service is so bad that they hardly care to solve your problem.
