Network: Reliance Jio use pure 4G network. I travel a lot through out the state due to my job but it is very rare I get out of the Jio network coverage. Though Jio is using pure 4G network unlike other mobile operators but the network coverage is very satisfying. The internet speed is fast. Little problem I face during voice call other wise the network is superb.
Customer Service: The customer service is also very good, when I call the customer care regarding any issues they give quick resolution to my issues. Even they send time timely reminder via sms regarding the, new offers, validity and the next recharge date.
Charges and Billing: Reliance Jio is the most economical mobile operator in terms of Charges and billing. Jio have brought a revolution, a change in the charges and billing.
