Well the arrival of jio was the most dramatic turn around in the telecom sector. Jio have made the charges of both calling and internet so very much affordable to the costumer . In terms of network, initally it not good but now it has improved a lot , In my locality the internet speed goes upto 3 mbps . Customer service is quite good they give immediate response and try to solve the problems as possible.
Even their Jio-fi concept is very good for the severs to provide the multi user option . Well in term of charges their every pack have calling free with some internet schemes . A big thanks to jio for making the telecom sector chaeges such cheap for us.
