Hello guyzz I have been using Reliance broadband for about 5 months and let me tell you its performance is degrading with each passing day. I have 1mbps plan at my home but the speed I get usually for downloading is between 100kbps- 250kbps. The surfing speed is also very slow.I have made several complaints via phone and email but no action has been taken.
One thing they do is- forward my complaint to the area line man. And when I tell him the issue of poor speed then all he has to say is that my work is to check the problem in lines and not of speed.dont go like this broadband.
