Reliance attracts customers with amazing broadband offers. Tariff will be very cheaper! sales executive will be very promising! For sure we will get a connection too. then it starts. for first month customer service will be awesome, response and problem resolution will be ASAP. Starting frm second month different problems starts knocking u:(
especially in weekends, reliance broadband will be on weekend off!:) I meant "internet sucks, and it will get resolved on monday or tuesday" no wavier will be provided for 72hrs loss of connectivity! which will be a twist that will be revealed by one of the wavier department tele caller.
Another twist here is, Reliance have its own policies most probable might have written by AMBANI's which will bang the customers minds for sure when u listen to them. these policies will come into picture
Poor customer service executives will get blamed and they have to listen to all the abuses we shout!
Prefer reliance broadband connection only if you have good number of abusive words to shout at customer care. Also a lot of patience to bear with the connectivity issues which interrupts you every 5 minutes:) and some video games and good number of movies installed in your PC that helps you every weekend, cause reliance wont provide internet atleast 2 to 3 weekends for a month. So just think before u act dear netigens! happy browsing!
