On 27 June, I have booked Ticket "TM7S90940509" for my brother in law al 11:30 AM, and due to some reason he postponed the date, so I have called the Redbus for cancel the ticket, they replied that it can not be cancelled as the policy time expired in the ticket. I have told them that the policy time is After 27th Jun 11:30 AM & Before 27th Jun 02:30 PM Deduction Percentage 50% Cancellation Charges ₹550 and refund me the remain 50% amount. After lots of discussion they registered a complaint . And they told me that it will take 24 hours time to refund. Again 29 th June I called the customer care and provide him the Reference number "4519916", for this they replied that still its not processed and same story they are saying. I have asked them why the cancellation policy is different in website and ticket which I have booked, for they replied that they have forget to update their policy. Kindly do go with redbus for booking tickets. Their customer service people dont know how to talk with customer and provide the right service,
