Actually twice I faced serious problems with redbus.
Last year I was travelled from Bangalore to Chennai. So I tried to book the ticket but the amount was deducted and the ticket was not booked.
Then I called customer care and told my problem but they said me to book the ticket again and also said my amount will be refund within 24 hours.
After I got a mail saying that my amount will be refunded within 4 to 5 working days but in customer care they told 24 hours. I was totally vexed about redbus.
