Redbus gave me full support to solve the problem that I had faced through ticket booking. I got refund of partial amount from redbus. I am thankful to redbus for that and I hope it will keep consistency in providing satisfactory services to customers. I also hope that redbus will establish such a string control on its bus operators that they can not make fool any customer.
