I bought the Realme 14 Pro Lite last month and the phone worked great for a few days. However, I was having trouble with the display and battery. The screen lagged a lot and the battery drained faster than it should. I reached out to their service center. Unfortunately, the response was slow, and the repair process dragged on much longer than promised. Communication was poor and they said it would take another week to replace the screen.
Even though they conveyed that the battery drain was due to faulty screen and overheating, I got my phone replaced after two weeks. I had bought it from their official website, but it still took so long. If you are planning to buy a Realme phone, do not!
