Hello friends, I am ( Raja Jaiswal) the user of RBL CREDIT CARD . I am using the user of PLATINUM RBL CARD. They are given facilities of payment moratorium last week approx 29/4/2020 ( payment due date on 2may) . In their communication they said if you not paid your due amount till said due date. We will consider you as payment moratorium. Now today ( 6/5/2020) they are calling, messaging, email to pay due date.
Poor services, they are fraud, harassing their customer for such as less amount of due payment.
Let me relives from this covid-19 , I will throw their money on their mouths and stop RBL SERVICES. They are beggers even understanding the critical situations where people are unable toove out from home.
