=> SCAM ALERT! Rangers Club(Noida) – Fraudulent Holiday Membership Scheme – Avoid at All Costs!
=> WARNING: Rangers Club in Noida(Logix Mall) is running a deceptive holiday membership scam, luring customers with fake offers and pressuring them into buying worthless packages.
I was tricked into attending one of their "exclusive" dinner invitations, only to be hypnotized, manipulated, and scammed into buying a fraudulent holiday membership. Here’s how they operate and why you should STAY AWAY:
=> How Rangers Club Scams Customers:
Fake Invitations & Bait Offers
They call customers under the pretext of a "free dinner" or "exclusive offer" at a partner restaurant.
Once you arrive, they isolate you, offer spiked drinks(many suspect sedatives/hypnotic substances), and start their high-pressure sales pitch.
Psychological Manipulation & Forced Sales
They target couples & families to emotionally blackmail them("Think of your family’s happiness!").
Use hypnotic techniques(slow speech, repetitive suggestions) to make you agree to their scheme.
Refuse to let you leave until you sign the contract or pay an advance.
Fraudulent Membership Packages
Promise luxury holidays, huge discounts, and lifetime benefits – but deliver NOTHING.
Hidden clauses make it impossible to avail any real benefits.
No Cancellation or Refund Policy
Once you realize it’s a scam(usually the next day), they refuse cancellations.
No customer support – calls go unanswered, emails ignored.
Humiliation & Threats If You Resist
If you refuse to buy, they insult and humiliate you in front of family.
Some customers report being held for hours until they pay.
Fake Reviews & Legal Threats
They threaten legal action if you post negative reviews.
Most positive reviews online are FAKE or forced(they make victims sign NDA-like agreements).
=> My Personal Experience – A Nightmare!
Received a call for a "special complimentary dinner" at a restaurant.
Upon arrival, was forced into a private space with aggressive salespeople.
Given suspicious drinks(felt drowsy & confused).
Pressured for 4+ hours until I paid ₹150, 000 under mental stress.
Next day, realized it was a scam – but they refused cancellation.
No response from customer care. Total fraud!
GST Tax Evasion & Financial Fraud
They never provided a proper invoice with GST details, despite receiving ₹150, 000. This constitutes:
Violation of Section 31 of CGST Act 2017(mandatory GST invoice for taxable supplies).
Potential tax evasion(concealing taxable income from authorities).
Demand a retroactive GST invoice or report this to:
GST Vigilance Unit, Noida
Directorate General of GST Intelligence(DGGI)
Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs(CBIC)
=> Legal Action & Consumer Complaints
Multiple victims have filed complaints on MouthShut, JustDial, and consumer forums.
Some have approached police & consumer courts, but Rangers Club uses delaying tactics.
=> FINAL VERDICT: 0/5 – A CRIMINAL FRAUD, NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS!
DO NOT attend any "free" dinners from Rangers Club.
DO NOT trust their fake holiday schemes.
