I am staying at Medavakkam, Chennai and have been using railwire since June 2014 till now(jan 2016), no issues even in Chennai floods.
I never raised any complaints till now since there is no disconnections(5 or 10 minutes outage happened 3 to 4 time in the last one and half years). so far so good. Also I am getting full speed at any time. I subscribed for 10Mbps and getting full 10Mbps speed. I recommend others to go for railwire, if you have feasibility.
