Quora is indeed a good platform where people ask their queries and get them answered by the people as well.Its provides us a platform for discussion.Peoppe ask general questions or doubts and some experienced ones give their answers according to their personal experience.There are a vast number of topics covered on site .I generally search on educational topics.Its very user-friendly.Anybody can make a search on it but you need to sign in first and give some basic details about your qualification etc. to be eligible to write answer queries.
The only serious problem,I believe quora has,is that because anybody can write on this site there are varying answers for the same question.Different people have different experiences and they write accordingly.So it becomes difficult to decide which one is the corect one.Reliabily decreases due to lack of genuinity.Thus my experience with quora is a mix of feeling .Sometimes I find it useful and informative some topics and rather confusing on others.
