Qatar:Pro and Con. Review on Qatar Airways

I travelled on Qatar flight from Bangkok to Amsterdam via Doha yesterday(QR 833/273).

I will start with the Con first. The checkin staff was not so friendly and they should really scared people with pre autorization given by the Dutch immigration. Another thing is the detour caused by the blockage the government of Qatar is experiencing. So, the delay becomes normal if you fly with Qatar. The entertainment system on my connecting flight seems old and limited(on the 777-300 er)

For the Pro, Qatar has very attractive promotion, I paid 19800thai baht for the ticket the baggage allowance is 30kilos and I can check 2bags. The crew members love their jobs and they are very good at what they are doing. Its A380 is newer than other middle airline. The quality of the food is also much better. I ordered Hindu Meal and it was very delicious. Before landing I also get hot sandwiches. They deal with difficult passengers by inquiring more to those passengers to see what they can help instead of avoiding them. This really reflects their work ethics. My captain is Japanese and he speaks impeccable English. Oh, they give amenity kits in economy class too. My connecting flight arrives 15minutes ahead of the schedule. In short, I will surely with Qatar again. From Thailand, I could fly from chiangmai, krabi, phuket and pattaya apart from Bangkok Suwannabumi.
