Hindustan Lever's Pureit RO water purifier is one of the most stupid products I bought. After sales service is pooooooooor. On top of it, no point buying their AMC, as only thing you will get compensated for is the service charge, for all other parts you have to pay anyways. God forbid, if your RO stops working, you will have to stay thirsty for at least two days minimum, and then they will send someone, who will take money again from you and will fix it for couple of months and then it will stop working again. Their system is rigged and even if the candle doesn't need to be changed, it will stop the entire RO system and will not work till you change the candle, and of course you will have to pay for the candle again.
