We have been using prestige cooker since long time and it worked perfectly.
When the cooker became too old, We purchased a new Prestige rice cooker. It worked well for few months then it started troubling.
The rice cooker button randomly started going to Warm mode before rice gets cooked.
Some times it worked and sometimes it gave problems.
When worked correctly, in some cases some part of the rice use to be partially cooked.
After the free service repair it worked correctly for one month then again the same problem. The same happened for 3 times.The quality of the Rice cooker degraded.
Lost trust in the Brand.
