Hello readers today I m going to share my review on Power Zone Gym Lucknow with you all.
Awareness about fitness in India is increasing day by day people are becoming more conscious about there health and overall fitness as more as people becoming fitness ethuasium needs for gym is also increasing.
A good is the one which has all the facilities and a good infrastructure so people coming over there can workout properly but at power Zone I do not find it suitable for beginners or for the females.
A gym should have sufficient trainers and other staff members for the attention on the people but at power Zone the attitude at of the staff members is not friendly and they do not have any female staff for females.
If you are a begginer this gym will not be good for you I will suggest you to find any other gym the gym is not worth of money.
