I want to highlight the work of their support! The system is quite interesting First, I ask the question from their AI agent, but I wont say its the best AI out there. Usually the answers are nice, but he doesnt understand some peculiarities of the question, which is why I have to contact their real stuff. And here I have to create a ticket and wait for the answer. But it's nice that the speed of the answer doesnt take days, they answer within 10 minutes but I can feel human helping. They resolved my questions on time giving a full explanation, so I want to put 5 stars for them!
